Return Policy - Mimizu Furniture
 
1. Right to Return

1.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason. 1.2. The return is only possible for unused products, in their original packaging, and without visible signs of use.

2. Return Procedure

2.1. To initiate a return, please send a request to info@mimizufurniture.com, including:

  • Order number,

  • Name of the returned product,

  • Reason for return (optional). 2.2. After accepting the request, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product. 2.3. The product must be sent to the specified address within 7 days of submitting the return request.

3. Return Costs

3.1. The customer bears the cost of the return unless the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order. 3.2. In the case of returning a defective product, the store will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. 4.2. The funds will be refunded in the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., bank account, credit card). 4.3. The store reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in a damaged condition.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Return

5.1. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products made to special customer specifications,

  • Products damaged due to customer use.
