Mimizu Furniture Online Store Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Mimizu Furniture online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Brzozowski ABP sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Świętego Jana 11/4, NIP: 9542799257. 1.2. The Regulations define the rules for making purchases in the Store, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the complaint and returns procedures. 1.3. The Store can be contacted by e-mail at: info@mimizufurniture.com.
2. Offer and Orders
2.1. All products offered in the Store are new, as described, and available for purchase online. 2.2. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Website. 2.3. Order fulfillment is contingent upon the correct completion of the order form and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. 2.4. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 5 business days of its placement.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1. All prices in the Store are given in PLN and include VAT. 3.2. The Store accepts the following payment methods:

Online payment (PayU, PayPal)
Credit/Debit Card 3.3. Order processing takes place after payment confirmation.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within Poland and selected EU countries. 4.2. Shipping costs are specified when placing the order and depend on the selected shipping option. 4.3. Delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the order specifications. 4.4. In the event of damage to the shipment, the customer is obligated to complete a damage report with the courier and report the problem to the Store within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Complaints
5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. 5.2. To make a return, please send a declaration of withdrawal to kontakt@hettasupply.com and return the product to the indicated address. 5.3. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. 5.4. Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted via email and include photos documenting the problem.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy. 6.2. Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any such changes on the Store's website. 7.2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
