Regulations of the Mimizu Furniture Online Store
 
1. General Provisions

1.1. The Mimizu Furniture online store (hereinafter: "Store") is operated by Brzozowski ABP sp. z o.o. based in Katowice, ul. Świętego Jana 11/4, VAT ID: 9542799257. 1.2. These regulations define the rules for making purchases, the rights and obligations of the parties, and complaint and return procedures. 1.3. Contact with the Store is possible via e-mail: info@mimizufurniture.com.

2. Offer and Orders

2.1. All products offered in the Store are new, in accordance with the description, and available for online purchase. 2.2. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Website. 2.3. Order fulfillment requires correct completion of the order form and acceptance of the Regulations. 2.4. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 5 business days.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices in the Store are given in PLN and include VAT. 3.2. The Store accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payment (PayU, PayPal)

  • Credit/debit card 3.3. Order processing begins upon payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is available within Poland and selected EU countries. 4.2. Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process and depend on the chosen shipping option. 4.3. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 21 business days, depending on order specifications. 4.4. In case of shipment damage, the customer is required to draft a damage report with the courier and report the issue to the Store within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Complaints

5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. 5.2. To return a product, a withdrawal statement must be sent to kontakt@hettasupply.com, and the item must be shipped back. 5.3. The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the product has a manufacturing defect. 5.4. Complaints regarding defective products must be submitted via email with attached photos documenting the issue.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy. 6.2. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Regulations may change, and customers will be informed via the Store’s website. 7.2. Matters not regulated by these Regulations are governed by the Civil Code and consumer rights laws.
